1. Where do you ship?
We offer international shipping! Whether you're in Europe or elsewhere in the world, we've got you covered.
2. How much does shipping cost?

Within Europe: Shipping is free on all orders.

Outside Europe: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Worldwide Free Shipping is available on orders over €50.
3. How long will my order take to arrive?
Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days, depending on your location and customs processing times.
We process and ship orders within 1–2 business days.
4. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.
5. What if my order is delayed?
We strive to ensure timely delivery, but delays can occasionally occur due to customs or courier issues. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for third-party delays, but feel free to contact us if you need help tracking your order.
6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused and in original condition.
7. How can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at Lasteria@support.com. We can only modify orders before they are shipped.
